Momiji - Japanese Autumn in Estonia 2025
The Embassy of Japan in Estonia, in collaboration with the Japanese Cultural Society in Estonia (Jaapani Kultuuri Koda), will host "Momiji – Japanese Autumn in Estonia 2025," a series of events celebrating Japanese culture, art, and sports from September 1 to November 30, 2025. This initiative aims to showcase the rich, modern, and diverse appeal of Japanese culture and provide opportunities to experience Japanese artistry and spirituality, thereby deepening mutual understanding and friendship between our two nations.

“Cherry blossoms in Estonia” Series
In 1999, 200 cherry blossom saplings were donated to Estonia by the Japan-Estonia Friendship Association, and they continue to produce beautiful cherry blossoms every year in the cities of Tallinn and Tartu. In addition to the current state of these cherry trees, we also looked into the cherry trees planted by local governments around the country and shared this information in a series on the Embassy's Facebook page.
