School Visit Program: Japan-Inspired Learning

The Embassy of Japan in Estonia visits Your school! We are ready to co-organize in person visits on a variety of topics about Japan. We can offer workshops and lectures to engage students in Japan-Inspired learning for the duration of one lesson.
 
We offer:
  • A visit to your school with no cost to you
  • A lecture held in Estonian, English, or Japanese
  • Program tailored to your interests and the age of students
  • A choice from the following options
    • A lecture on a specific topic about Japan (food, culture, diplomacy, customs, pop-culture, cultural-etiquette)
    • Introduction to Japanese Martial Arts
    • Calligraphy, Haiku writing, Origami workshop, Mizuhiki, traditional Japanese dance, etc.
    • Talks with Japanese students about their home
  • Overview of Japanese Embassy offered scholarships for students
  • Overview of Japanese Embassy offered scholarships for teachers
