On December 8, Ambassador Matsumura had a meeting with Ms. Eva-Maria Liimets, Head of Strategy, Estonian Centre for International Development (former Foreign Minister).
Ms. Liimets explained the mission of the Centre and its assistance to Ukraine. 
They also exchanged views on various topics, including Japan-Estonia cooperation in the field of international development.
