Online Lecture by Prof. Hosoya "Towards a Free and Open Indo-Pacific: Challenges and Opportunities for the EU and Japan

On November 30, Professor Yuichi Hosoya, Keio University (Visiting Fellow at Downing College, University of Cambridge) was invited to give an online lecture entitled "Towards a Free and Open Indo-Pacific: Challenges and Opportunities for the EU and Japan" in collaboration with Tallinn University.
Following an introduction by the moderator, Kristel Jakobson, a lecturer, Tallinn University, Professor Hosoya gave a lecture on Japan's policy towards a "Free and Open Indo-Pacific (FOIP)" focusing on Japan's role in Asia, specific initiatives, and the importance of strengthening the EU-Japan cooperation. The lecture was followed by a lively exchange of views in response to questions from the participants. We hope that the participants deepened the understanding in this field through this online lecture.
