11th Japanese Animation Film Festival JAFF
The annual Japanese Animation Film Festival JAFF, organized by NPO Otaku in cooperation with Japan Foundation, takes place from April 21st to May 1st in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Narva.Please see the festival´s offical web-site for more information about the schedule, location, tickets and other details.

Embassy of Japan will participate at the The 26th international travel trade fair TOUREST 2017 that will take place during February 10-12 at Estonian Fairs' exhibition center. Come and visit our stand H5 in Global Village area to participate in various workshops and events.

Embassy of Japan will be participating at travel fair Tourest 2017 again with our own stand and hold workshops, demonstrations and many more interesting activities of Japanese culture.

Workshops take place on Saturday, February 11 at Travellers´ Club (Travellers´ Club C-hall)

This will be the fourth time when Mr. Hiroyuki Sonobe, a full-time Japanese language teacher at Järveotsa Gymnasium, will teach an introductory shodo class for all interested Tourest visitors. Two workshops with maximum 20 participants will be taking place on Saturday.
This workshop is with pre-registration only! Please send your full name, affiliation, phone number and workshop time of your preference to culture@ti.mofa.go.jp by Thursday, February 9, 16:00.

"Scan2Go" a Japanese serial Anime on ETV+ at 09:05 every Sunday!
"Scan2Go" a Japanese serial Anime dubbed into Estonian and Russian, will be on ETV+ at 09:05 every Sunday, starting on January 8th.
"Scan2Go" is set in a futuristic universe, where car races are taking place, when humanity is in communications with other species in our galaxy.
"Scan2Go" will be broadcasted in Estonia with support of the Japan Foundation, ETV+ and cooperation of the Embassy of Japan in Estonia.
