Ambassador Kitaoka made his 6th official visit to Tartu City to attend the “Distinguished Visitors Day”of Baltic Defence College

On 5th March, Ambassador Kitaoka made his 6th official visit to Tartu City. His visit this time is based on the invitation from Major General Andis Diläns, the Commandant of the College, to attend “Distinguished Visitors Day” to introduce the activities of the College.
The College was established by three Baltic countries including Estonia 21 year ago under the slogan of “3 Es”, meaning “Educates”, ”Engages”, and “Enhances”. As many as 1,510 students from 43 countries have already graduated.
For the Ambassador, the visit to Tartu City this time has turned out to be a very precious occasion to learn the history and the curriculum of the College.
