Ambassador NAKAMURA visits Port of Sillamäe (Silport)

On August 4, Ambassador NAKAMURA Koichiro visited the Port of Sillamäe (Silport) during his official visit to Sillamäe City. Silport is the second-largest commercial port in Estonia, spanning a vast 750-hectare area.
The Ambassador received a briefing on the current state and the strategic significance of Silport from Mr. Ronald Vähi, CEO, Member of the Management Board of AS Silmet Group, in the presence of Mr. Tiit Vähi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS Port of Sillamäe, and Mr. Mait Martinson, former Ambassador of Estonia to Japan, among others.
Afterward, the Ambassador toured the port guided by CEO Vähi and others.
