Read Japan Project Book Donation Ceremony at the Rakvere Library

On May 8, Counsellor MIYATA Kenji visited the Rakvere Library, which received a donation of 22 Japan-related books through the Tokyo Foundation's "Read Japan Project." He attended the book donation ceremony alongside Ms. Tiina Kriisa, Director of the library.
The project aims to promote understanding of Japan among opinion leaders and intellectuals—including those who do not specialize in Japanese language or Japanese studies—by donating English-language books about Japan to educational and research institutions worldwide.
Following the ceremony, Counsellor MIYATA toured the library guided by Director Kriisa.
