Memorandum of Cooperation between Japan and Estonia in the Digital Field

On April 27, a new Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) in the digital field was exchanged between the Digital Agency of Japan and the Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Estonia.
This memorandum was signed during a meeting between Ms. Liisa-Ly Pakosta, Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs of Estonia, who is visiting Japan, and Mr. Matsumoto Hisashi, Minister for Digital Transformation of Japan.
