On April 16, Ambassador NAKAMURA Koichiro hosted Prof. NAGOSHI Kenro, Visiting Professor at Takushoku University, who was visiting Tallinn, along with James Shear, Honorary Fellow, and Igor Gretsky, Fellow, of the Estonian International Centre for Defence and Security (ICDS) at the Official Residence for an exchange of views.
