On April 8, Ambassador NAKAMURA Koichiro and Mrs. NAKAMURA hosted Mr. Michael Pärt, Director of the Arvo Pärt Centre, and his spouse, Mrs. Gunnhildur Geirsdóttir at the residence, where they exchanged views on the activities of the Centre and possibilities for cultural exchange between Japan and Estonia.
The Centre manages archives and conducts research as well as concerts and educational programmes. The Embassy looks forward to deepening cooperation with the Centre to further advance Japan-Estonia cultural exchanges.
