On March 30, Ambassador NAKAMURA Koichiro and Mrs. NAKAMURA hosted a reception at the Ambassador's residence, inviting volunteers at the embassy exhibit at the travel fair "Tourest 2026" and members of the Estonian Association of Former University Students in Japan (EAFUSJ).
In his opening remarks, Ambassador expressed his sincere gratitude to the Tallinn University Japan Club and the Japanese students for their cooperation during "Tourest 2026" in February. He especially highlighted how the students’ presentations on their own interests energized the embassy booth. The Ambassador also paid tribute to the former Estonian students to Japan for their active roles as "living bridges" between our two nations, expressing high expectations for further collaboration in the future.
While enjoying Japanese cuisine prepared by the Embassy's Chef KAWANO, attendees deepened their friendships by sharing memories of Japan and discussing visions for future bilateral relations. The Embassy remains committed to supporting the development of networks among these diverse groups.
