On January 30, Ambassador NAKAMURA Koichiro officially visited Rakvere City in northeastern Estonia and paid a courtesy call on Mayor Triin Varek. The Ambassador and the Mayor celebrated the opening of the concert hall “Ukuaru” which commemorates the world-known composer Arvo Pärt from the city, and exchanged views on enhancing the relationship in the fields of tourism, culture, and the economy.
