On October 29, Ambassador NAKAMURA Koichiro hosted Mr. KAWASHIMA, Chairman of the Aichi Prefectural Assembly, who visited to Tallinn. They exchanged views on possible strengthening exchanges and cooperation between local governments between the two countries.
During his visit, Chairman Kawashima held discussions with representatives from Tallinn City Hall, the e-Governance Academy, and the Ministry of Education and Research. He also toured the e-Briefing Center.
