On October 23, Ambassador NAKAMURA Koichiro and his wife hosted Mr. Heikki Vallaste, President of the Estonia-Japan Association and the first Chargé d'Affaires ad interim of Estonia to Japan, 2015 Recipient of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon, and Ms. Taimi Paves, Secretary General of the Association, at the Ambassador's Residence.
They listened to Mr. Vallaste talk about the history of bilateral exchange, which he has been working on for many years, had a lively exchange of opinions with the guests about how to revitalize the Association's activities in the future and the possibility of holding specific events.
