2025/1/30
On January 30, Ambassador NAKAMURA Koichiro visited the Gustav Adolf Grammar School (GAG), established in 1631, as part of Diplomacy Week organized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia. During his visit, he introduced to students Japan's history and culture, as well as the relationship between Japan and Estonia.
Following the presentation, a lively Q&A session ensued where students asked various questions about Japan. Although the session was eventually concluded by Principal Henrik Salum due to time constraints, many students continued to gather around the Ambassador to ask more questions afterward. This interaction highlighted the high level of interest among students in Japan.
After the presentation the Ambassador was guided by students on a tour of the historical building of the gymnasium.
