On September 7, Ambassador Matsumura visited Kaga city which signed Memorandum of Understanding with Haapsalu city in November 2019, and had a meeting with the Mayor, Mr. Miyamoto.
The mayor explained that Kaga city focuses on digitalization, like Estonia.
