On August 23, Ambassador Matsumura received a courtesy call and exchanged views with officials from the City of Sapporo, who are visiting Estonia to participate in the Estonian sTARTUp Day 2022 in Tartu from August 24 to 26.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on the current status, challenges, and future prospects of the startup promotion policy and e-governance by the City of Sapporo, and also had wide-ranging discussion on the topics such as the possibility of academic exchange and local partnership.
