On May 4, Ambassador Matsumura visited the Estonian Information System Authority (RIA) and he was briefed by Mr. Margus Noormaa, the Director General on the overview of RIA’s activities. They exchanged views on the history, current status, and future plans of Estonia's various e-government systems.
