Ambassador Matsumura had a meeting with the Director of the ICDS, Indrek Kannik

On March 24, Ambassador Matsumura had a meeting with Mr. Indrek Kannik, the Director of the ICDS, International Centre for Defence and Security (former Minister of Defence), and Dr. Kristi Raik, the Director of the Estonian Foreign Policy Institute. They discussed ways to effectively utilize the Japan Chair that is to be established at the ICDS, and also exchanged a wide range of views on international situations.
