On March 15, Ambassador Matsumura paid a courtesy call on the Chairman of the Rural Affairs Committee of Riigikogu, Tarmo Tamm. They exchanged views mainly on strengthening economic relations between Estonia and Japan, looking back on episodes during the visit to Japan by the Chairman, who has been a member of the Estonia-Japan parliamentary group.
