On 14th February, Ambassador Matsumura paid a courtesy call on the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Riigikogu, Marko Mihkelson. They exchanged views on the issues such as Estonia-Japan relations as well as the regional situation.
In particular, they agreed on the importance of expanding parliamentary exchange and economic relations between Estonia and Japan, and exchanged a wide range of views including on their security environments.
