From Sep 14 to 16, GEN Yoshida, Chief of Joint Staff, visited the Republic of Estonia.
GEN Yoshida made a courtesy call on Mr. Salm, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defense and had a meeting with GEN Herem, Commander of the Estonian Defense Forces.
In the meeting, they discussed the future direction of the Japan-Estonia defense cooperation and exchanges.
