On November 9, Ambassador Matsumura visited the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences.
At the Academy, education and training is provided to several Estonian agencies under the Ministry of Interior, such as the Police and Border Guard Board. The practical training, especially with the use of information technology, was very interesting and the visit was very meaningful.
