On August 14, Ambassador Matsumura paid a courtesy call on Mr. Egert Belitšev, Director General of Estonian Police and Border Guard Board.
Mr. Belitšev briefed the Ambassador on the operations of the Police and Border Guard, Estonia’s largest administrative agency, and the crime situation in Estonia.
Ambassador Matsumura expressed his gratitude for their daily efforts to ensure the safety and security of Japanese nationals, and expressed his expectation for continued cooperation in this regard.
