中銀,エストニア経済を健全と評価するも本年成長を3%に下方修正
Central bank finds Estonian economy’s health to be currently ideal. Yesterday, the Bank of Estonia lowered its 2013 GDP growth forecast from 3.6 per cent to 3 per cent, citing uncertainty over the Eurozone debt crisis. Also it lowered its 2014 GDP forecast from the earlier prediction made in June from 4.1 per cent to 4 per cent. Bank’s Governor Ardo Hansson said that during economic boom years wages increased quicker than the productivity did, thus causing economic setback, while now we are in a positive cycle with gross wage rising about 6 per cent a year. Still, different concerns remain related to possible falling export demand and loan boom.(Äripäev, pages 6-7, December 13, 2012)

Main logistics related events in 2012 include Rail Baltic development and Mitsubishi container trains. In 2012 many important logistics-related events took place. For instance, on October 12 the first train with Mitsubishi spare parts started its road to Kaluga, Russia. 電気自動車充電網,まもなく完成
Electric vehicles will start conquering Estonia. Ain Alvela writes that soon the unique electric chargers’ nationwide network will be ready. In regards to absolute figures, Estonia ranks seventh in the world in regards to registered EVs. Quick charging in case of Mitsubishi iMiEV takes in summer about 25 minutes and in winter about 60 minutes.(Äripäev, page8, December19, 2012 )
 

2012年タリン証券取引所:Baltika社(アパレル製造小売)+77%
Tallinn stock exchange did better in 2012 than in 2011. Especially the clothing company Baltika saw a new rise with share price going up by 77 per cent. 日本企業との排出権取引により公共の建物489物件を改修
State Real Estate Agency has finished renovating 489 buildings with CO2 emission quota revenues. As many projects were cheaper than expected, risks did not realise and reserves remained, the Agency plans to renovate up to 50 buildings in 2013. Until now Japanese have been content with the thorough planning of CO2 projects in Estonia and have agreed to expand the project.(Postimees, by Heidi Ojamaa, page 6, December 27, 2012)
 

欧州銀行間取引金利(EURIBOR),過去最低の0.318%に。エストニアでの影響
The lowest level of interest rates has been achieved. The basic interest of household and other kind of long-term loans has reached its lowest point according to analysts who also believe that the low levels will last. Graph of the interest levels shows that interests have fallen from 5.448 on October 9, 2008 to 0.318 on December 21, 2012. According to Bank of Estonia, the total volume of loans in Estonia is € 5.8 billion and the number of loans is 157,567. The average size of a household loan is € 37,144.
