The Japan Foundation Program Guidelines for FY 2017

The Japan Foundation Program Guidelines for Fiscal Year 2017 (April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018) are available for downloading here.

The programs are available to individuals or organizations that are planning to implement international exchange projects mainly in Fiscal Year 2017 (April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018). If you find in the Program Guidelines a program that matches the project that you or your organization is planning, please obtain the respective application instructions and application forms from the Program Guidelines.

Japanese-Language Education Overseas
Japanese Studies and Intellectual Exchange
Strengthening Cultural Exchange in Asia

The Japan Foundation (国際交流基金) was established in 1972 and reorganized as an independent administrative institution in October 2003. Japan Foundation carries out its programs and activities in order to contribute to the world in culture and other fields through the efficient and comprehensive implementation of international cultural exchange activities in the following four major categories:
